Chef Brett Ladds shares his recipe for the perfect Easter egg

Chef Brett Ladds worked for late Former President Nelson Mandela for many years. Today, following the success of his restaurant Chefs@566, Brett talks about his upcoming book 'The Madiba Appreciation Club'.
Brett Ladds rose from humble small-town beginnings to prominence in the South African culinary scene. Brett counts himself lucky to have been able to train under some of the world's best chefs and has enjoyed great success with his restaurant Chefs@566, which opened in 2016.
Brett worked for the late Former President Nelson Mandela for many years. Through this work, Brett was able to meet and connect with people from all walks of life.
Now, Brett is sharing his life's stories in a new memoir, The Madiba Appreciation Club. The book, which Brett says is 'about the people [he's] met, the food [he's] prepared and the experiences [he's] had over the past two or three decades' will be released in April 2018.
Rian was able to get some very interesting information out of Chef Brett Ladds for the 'Un-Googleable Facts' segment.
Rian challenged Brett to find the perfect Easter egg recipe, and the chef did not disappoint.
