"Christianity is part of me " - South Africa's first black female ordained NG Kerk Reverend
Updated | By Scenic Drive With Rian
Reverand Charlotte Sibanyoni, is the first black woman to be ordained in the Dutch Reformed Church.
In 2012, we first heard Charlotte Sibanyoni a 17-year-old woman from Pretoria.
Sibanyoni was one of the many people that the Good Morning Angles team helped, by assisting her with R80 000 for her studies. The University of Pretoria also came to her aid and promised to help Charlotte with housing at a hostel as well as her studies.
She told the Good Morning Angels team that her biggest dream was to be an ordained reverend.

Seven years later her dream was fulfilled, through the help of Good Morning Angels.
Sibanyoni joined Rian van Heerden on The Scenic Drive on Wednesday to chat about her journey and her passion for ministry.
"I was in a foster home and when I was living with my foster family I attended different churches. My foster father was a dominee, and I fell in love with his job. He was always so happy," she told Rian.
"Christianity is part of me - part of my soul. "
