On New Year’s Eve, the ABC hit show took to their Twitter, posting a photo of the original cast and captioned the photo, “*desperately* waiting for 2022.”
Many fans believe that a 'Desperate Housewives' revival series or even a reunion is in the works.

'Desperate Housewives' is a popular and award-winning series that became a household name and ran for eight amazing seasons.
The hit show follows the lives of four women who live on Wisteria Lane.
The neighbourhood may appear to be seemingly perfect but it hides many secrets, crimes, forbidden romances, and domestic struggles.

The show won six out of its seven Emmy nominations just from its first season alone and its star-studded cast included Teri Hatcher starring as 'Susan Mayer,' Felicity Huffman as 'Lynette Scavo', Marcia Cross as 'Bree Van de Kamp', and Eva Langoria playing 'Gabrielle Solis'.
