You can now know the joys of licking your cat.

Bonding with your cat will never be the same again thanks to a new pet grooming product on the market called Licki Brush. The Tongue-Shaped Silicon Brush is designed to allow humans to have an intimate bond with their cats by licking them just like their mother would, the product description states.

“Cats groom each other as a form of social bonding. There's also evidence to suggest that cats view and treat their human captors as large cats. As a human, you're left out of the intimate licking ritual. At best, you have a one-sided licking relationship with your cat. We have designed LICKI brush to bring you and your cat closer.  By using LICKI with your cat on a regular basis, you'll develop a more intimate and bonded relationship, much like a mama cat bonds with her young,” kickstarter.com reported.

The developers say the idea behind the making of Licki Brush was love. “We are seriously always thinking of ways to improve the quality of cat lives. The creation of LICKI was an act of love, as we strived to provide a more fulfilling environment for our own cats,” the site states.

However, the product has received mixed reaction following its video posted on YouTube.
