Video showing chaotic Tshwane Council meeting goes viral

The video, taken by DA councillor Shane Maas, was posted on Facebook, with the caption: “So this is how the ANC councillors in Tshwane behave. They throw water bottles and chairs because they don't get their way. Shameful. One even assaulted me. Looks like I too need to pay a visit to the police station. Earlier the same guy hit a fellow DA lady councillor, Elma Nel in the face.”

The ANC members were reportedly not happy with Mayor Solly Msimanga, whom they accused of corruption. Below is the video which has been viewed over 280,000 times, and received mixed emotions from the viewers.
