Joh! kykNET presenter goes 'in' on President Jacob Zuma
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
We couldn't help but raise our eyebrows while watching this video.
Ever since President Jacob Zuma shocked the nation with his rogue cabinet reshuffle, he has been in the firing line.
The pressure has been mounting from a few of his own party members and the recent #ZumaMustFall marches - making life uncomfortable for South Africa's most powerful man.
To add insult to injury for Zuma, there's a new video that has emerged which pulls no punches. Waldimar Pelser, kykNET reporter and editor of Rapport, delivered his take on all the drama by not holding back.
Pelser says maybe the ANC top six must be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome, because how else can you explain Gwede Mantashe backtracking following the NWC meeting?
He also goes on to call Zuma a “corrupt, sexist, strategically brilliant villain”.
#ShotsFired!
Watch the video below:
Take a listen to EFF's Godrich Guardee on how he shares his thoughts on the current marches and the fact that Zuma must step down.
A few listeners also reflected on whether or not the current opposition party marches are going to make a dofference.
