Manager has awkward conversations with Gen-Z employees
Communication is key in any relationship but that doesn't mean it's an easy task.
It comes as no surprise that the behind-the-scenes of working with the younger generation is challenging.
But that does not mean that the communication cannot flow. If anything, communication in all types of relationships can be difficult.
A manager or a woman who we assume to be a manager, perhaps someone from HR, shares conversations she is forced to have with some of her Gen-Z employees.

There's an obvious humour in the way different generations speak with one another.
Even though we suspect this video is some sort of sketch, we have to admit that it is comforting on some level to know that this 'break' in communication is so relatable.
It can be said that regardless of their demeanour, Gen-Z workers can shake things up at the office and perhaps sometimes that is what every office needs...
