Father teaches his son a valuable lesson at dinner time

Good parenting has a variety of factors involved.
One that we believe to be important is making sure mom and dad are on the same page with their parenting style.
A TikTok page that really honours this is that of Bryck Baby. A young boy is seen with his parents during their everyday lives.
One of their videos crossed our scrolling session and revealed a simple but impactful lesson.
The young boy is eating dinner with his mother and father. As he finishes his water, he asks mom to get him more.
He was not rude or arrogant in his disposition, but dad intervenes and asks him politely to get up and use his strong legs to get himself some water.
Not only did the video mean something to us as we approach a day that celebrates fathers, but it also reminded us of the role fathers play in teaching their children how to respect their mothers. In turn, teaching them how to treat all people.
Dad's calm demeanour is surely something all fathers can esteem to.
