Nicholas, a resident in Fourways, decided to use an hilarious spoof of the popular 'My Octopus Teacher' to highlight municipal issues in his area.

According to the Good Things Guy, the now dubbed 'Sinkhole Teacher' wanted to make light and fun of a dire situation. Nicholas set out to bring the spotlight onto Joburg’s failing infrastructure and the fact that Fourways constantly has a new burst water pipe sinkhole.

The hilarious video that was shared to Twitter was inspired by the Netflix original documentary, 'My Octopus Teacher', which chronicles the year-long relationship between a man and an octopus. The film captures one of the most touching and unusual friendships and has received rave reviews from viewers across the globe.
