Is that really fair to ask though?

It makes sense to have relationships with your co-workers. After all, you spend most of your lifetime with them...

But like most friendships, you migrate towards people you click with, otherwise it's not really any sort of 'ship.

But after seeing this video posted by a guy who is seen eating his lunch in his car, we may beg to differ in our opinions. 

Especially since many people have been through it when it comes to the test of mental wellness and workplace toxicity. 

He posted a video eating lunch by his lonesome with the text overlay reading: 

"Always invite ALL your coworkers to lunch, don’t leave anyone out please." (TikTok)

The comments were heartfelt, with many people sending love out to him, and even sharing that they feel the same way.

But there were some who were on the same line of thinking as us. Saying that you cannot force people to include someone they do not have a connection with. 

And in all honesty, that is the truth. If someone included you just for the sake of including you, that would be inauthentic and we would rather someone be real with you than fake...
