Little boy's quick thinking helps his mother after she collapses

This is why preparing your kids for any emergency is so important.
It's challenging to imagine what you or your kids might do during an emergency. You might want to avoid addressing this reality regardless of your children's ages.
But it is a reality that you have to address, especially when you have an illness and most especially because you cannot control everything happening around you.
A story shared on social media recently shows how teaching your children to practice calm during an emergency can help save lives.
In home security footage, we see a six-year-old boy run out of his house and approach a delivery man at the gate. The delivery man hands the young boy a package and the little boy asks him for help.
The man offers to help and the boy runs back into the house. The boy's mother, Elizabeth, suffers from Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and one of the symptoms includes an increased heartbeat.
Elizabeth's heart rate had gone to 180 beats per minute.
