Dad says everything 'wrong' as he tries to help daughter
When you try to be honest but it comes across the wrong way...
A 'girl dad' will always see his daughter as the apple of his eye, but sometimes, young women have a way of taking things that a man says the wrong way.
Whether that man is your partner, father, or brother, this miscommunication occurs between most females and males, and it's been the cause for many fights or arguments throughout history.
A young lady did a daring thing by asking her father for help as her mother was not home - and her poor dad was trying to help but got the tail end of her frustration.

Since her mother was not at home, Bonnie Rae asked her father for help getting ready. In the video, we see her dad trying to pull the back zipper of her dress, but failing at it.
He wasn't failing because he didn't know how to pull a zipper, but because the dress was too small. It was like we were watching the 'set up' to a failed encounter in slow motion and the dad didn't get the memo.
He never once called her 'fat', but blamed her muscular back aka her 'lats'. What a gentleman...
But Bonnie Rae kept insinuating that he was saying she was 'fat'.
Dad never stood a chance...
