Remember that time a dad named his daughter 'Lanesra'?
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
His wife thought it was so romantic, but little did she know where he got it from...
Baby names have always been something of an important rite of passage for both parents and kids.
Rightfully so, considering a name is what a kid makes of it and the name feeds into all sides of what they become.
So, definitely an important part of having a baby is giving that child a name that belongs with them.
A few years back, one father suggested the name 'Lanesra' to his wife.
And, of course, she thought it to be original and romantic, and consequently agreed on the name.
But after two years, the father revealed his motivation behind coming up with the name.
And let's just say it is funny to us, but we're not certain the mother of the baby found it funny.

If you are an Arsenal fan, you may already have heard this story.
As it turns out, when you spell Arsenal backwards, 'Lanesra' is what the result is - and it actually sounds quite nice.
It doesn't take away the romance, maybe just gives this young baby girl a good naming story when she gets older.
