Singapore, the country that will fine you for not flushing

Not flushing in this country could land you with a fine...
When you think of a holiday destination, you don't necessarily think about the rules and laws of that country.
However, depending on where you travel, you must follow specific rules and regulations, especially regarding the laws of the country you visit.
An Australian content creator, Coleman Geiger, shared an interesting video about his experience in Singapore.
The Republic of Singapore is known for its cleanliness, modernity, cultural diversity and stringent laws. While some people, like Geiger, might find some of their laws strict and baseless, these laws allow them to maintain a clean country that is also a popular tourist hub.

Geiger posted a video sharing some of the 'strange' laws, one of which was that someone could be jailed for three years if they were caught with chewing gum.
He went on to share that public nudity could get you in trouble with the law even if you were naked inside your home and could be seen by people outside.
Spitting in public is also illegal, and you will be fined if you don't flush after using a public restroom.
So, if you are considering travelling to Singapore, you'd better educate yourself about the strict laws they have in place, or you could find yourself on the wrong side of international law.
