The ultimate workout motivation video

A TikToker shares a funny video with a motivational message. She shares how even without a gym membership, you can always make a plan to get fit.
There's a lot to be said about wanting to change for the betterment of your health.
As we proceed into month three of 2024, it can certainly be said that our New Year's fitness goals are either well on their way or a distant memory.
Whether you are well on your way or not, we found this video that was not only amusing, but it was also motivating.

A young woman did a video showing how even without a gym membership you can still work out.
Her video is backed with the audio 'Keep Showing Up - Fearless Motivation' and her message was clear: "Focus on the message."
In the video, she pours some dishwashing liquid on the floor following it with some water. She then grabs onto the bed and her mini fridge and starts running as if she was on a treadmill.

One thing is for certain, we love her messaging and her humour but please don't try this at home.
From what we can see, she was trying to make a point, that nothing should stand in the way of you getting a fitness workout into your day. Certainly not the fact that you do not have a gym membership.
