Being kind really doesn't cost you anything, in fact it adds value to your life...
Kindness is certainly something that we can describe as infectious. When you see someone being kind, it should ignite something inside of you.
And as much as we are forced into the hustle and bustle of our busy and stressful lives at times, it does help when we take some time to remember to speak with patience.
Because far too often we let the everyday stresses and frustrations dictate how to react to someone.
Reacting in a harsh or unkind way can be something that we blame on our stresses. But we recently heard someone say that only you are in control of your behaviour.
Don't pass blame when you hold the power in your hands.
One student showed us how even though it seemed like things were going in the wrong direction for him, he could still remain cool and address things politely.
