Minister Tito Mboweni has been doing a lot of entertaining for his Twitter followers.

In his latest video, the minister was recorded singing ‘Kevin Berry’ – a 1960 struggle song that is very dear to his heart.

“The song says: Kevin Berry gave his young life for the cause of liberty. He was a freedom fighter and he was hanged in Ireland, 18 years old, just like Solomon Mahlangu. He asked them to shoot him like a soldier but they chose to hang him!”

"Mr Minister, we have gotten used to you Tito Mbowening cooking but please don't Tito Mboweni singing," wrote another user.

Some of his followers blamed the half a glass of wine that was snapped next to the minister for his poor singing abilities.

"My Leader, are you singing or are you story telling? Or it’s that guy in the glass doing the talking?" user Nobleman Kani wrote.

"Y’all politicians do things after you drink, It started with Herman Mashaba playing piano... now it’s you," one user commented.

"U remind me of my old man, use to entertain us when he was drunk. Very funny," another one wrote.
