What this man did when he found a deadly snake in his car will shock you
Updated | By Poelano Malema
Ange Broadstock and Rolly Burrell were driving to a job in Middleton one afternoon when Rolly felt something weird touching his skin.
It was a red belly snake!
For some, that could mean panic mode or even death, but not for Rolly. See what he did when he found the snake.
Just in case you are not a pro at handling deadly snakes like Rolly, below are some of the things you should and shouldn't do.
Never attack a snake. A snake will never attack you unless it feels threatened by you.
Make sure there is a safe distance between you and the snake.
If you are at home, restrict the snake's motion with a heavy blanket or laundry hamper.
When you have managed to move away from the snake, call Animal Control and ask them to send an expert to collect the snake.
Do you have other snake handling tips to share? Let Barney know.
