SPAR Carols by Candlelight with Jacaranda FM - Pretoria event moves to Moreletapark Gemeente
Due to the weather conditions, we have had to move tomorrow’s SPAR Carols by Candlelight with Jacaranda FM to Moreletapark Gemeente.
The annual SPAR Carols by Candlelight with Jacaranda FM will be bringing the Christmas spirit to Pretoria on 10 December, but will be moved from Loftus Versfeld to Moreletapark Gemeente due to a high probability of rain.
Top acts – Tarryn Lamb, Roan Ash, Swing City, Jo Black, Riana Nel, Joshua Na Die Reën, Early B, Soweto Gospel Choir and the Ndlovu Youth Choir – will be performing at the family event – Gauteng’s favourite way to kick off the festive season in style!
Entry is free, but those who attend are encouraged to bring along new toys, which will be donated to selected charity organisations to spread the festive love to where it’s needed most. Toy drop-off points will be available in the foyer.

Electric candles will also be on sale at R30, songbooks at R10 and a songbook and candle bundle package at R35. All proceeds will go to Jacaranda FM Good Morning Angels.
Leith Smith, Jacaranda FM’s Marketing Manager, says: “We are thankful the much-needed rain, but, especially with possible thunderstorms forecast, we had to place the health and safety of our listeners and staff first and move the Pretoria event indoors. It’s going to be a wonderful evening for the whole family, filled with all your favourite festive songs, performed by some of SA’s most loved artists in a warm and more intimate setting!”
