DOCUMENT: Full SCA judgement on the spy tapes

The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein has dismissed President Jacob Zuma's application to prevent the release of the so-called Spy tapes and handed down the order this morning for the tapes to be handed over to the DA. Justice Mahomed Solomon Navsa made the ruling.
