DOCUMENT: Full SCA judgement on the spy tapes
the Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed President Zuma's appeal against the release of the Spy Tapes and other records with costs on Thursday.
The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein has dismissed President Jacob Zuma's application to prevent the release of the so-called Spy tapes and handed down the order this morning for the tapes to be handed over to the DA. Justice Mahomed Solomon Navsa made the ruling.
