Kim Martin wants your support for the Reeva Steenkamp Foundation
Updated | By Nkhensani Manabe
Kim Martin is the CEO of the Reeva Steenkamp Foundation, which is launching the #BluePurpleBlack campaign.

Kim Martin is founder and CEO of the Reeva Steenkamp Foundation, and she has an important message to share with all South Africans during this year's 16 Days of Activism.
Kim, who is also Reeva's cousin, is an abuse survivor herself. With this year's #BluePurpleBlack campaign, Kim hopes to raise more awareness about all the different kinds of abuse that are out there, and to encourage people to speak out and even change their own behaviour.
By opening up spaces for people to share their stories of abuse, and asking people to show solidarity by wearing purple, blue or black during the 16 Days of Activism, Kim aims to take the stigma out of the conversation about the abuse of women and children.
Kim talks more about her campaign on the Scenic Drive.
