Martin and Tumi are totally here for Twitter's new character limit
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
There's no need to worry about running out of characters on Twitter anymore...

Twitter fans, you will be delighted to know that you can now share those long, emotional, detailed tweets - thanks to Twitter's doubled character limit.
Giving users the opportunity to expand their thoughts and increased use of words on the social media platform will not only attract more users, but boost social engagement for the network too.
Now, you have a limit of 280 characters, double the previous amount of 140 characters. Awesome, right?!
With that being said, Martin and Tumi were some of the first users to take to the social media giant and share their thoughts.
I believe that we can now use more words on Twitter.

NICE!
.@MartinBester 280 characters dude, how cool is that! We get to say "Breakfast with Martin Bester and Tumi Morake" without running out of space to say anything else! Totes campaigning for cash and iPads for #JacaiPadDrive with my extra 140 like binging at a buffet😁#JacaBreakfast

Twitter made the announcement on their social media platform earlier in the week.
We're expanding the character limit! We want it to be easier and faster for everyone to express themselves.
