Breakfast with Martin Bester's Good Morning Angels just donated R10,000 to Tashreeq Doovey.

Tashreeq Doovey burst into tears of gratitude when his classmates surprised him on Friday with a brand-new smartphone and matric jacket.
A video on Facebook shows Tashreeq Doovey (17) receiving the gifts from his classmates from Windsor High School in Cape Town. It was shared on social media over the weekend and thousands of people spread the good news.
The community of the school in Rondebosch East donated money to buy a smartphone because his phone was stolen.

The matric learner lives in Hanover Park, with his mother, stepfather, and three siblings.
Tashreeq says the money he makes over the weekends by working in the catering industry is all the income the family earns, except for social grants.

Roxanne Carter started a BackaBuddy fund for the youngster to raise funds to help cover groceries, electricity, transport, and data for school projects.
Breakfast with Martin Bester's Good Morning Angels donated R10,000 to reach the R55,000 target on Monday morning!
