Formula 1 car races against South African taxi

The Red Bull Formula 1 car that made an appearance in Cape Town over the weekend is trending for all the right reasons.

We know taxis in South Africa are capable of doing just about anything, but have they ever raced a Formula 1 car before?
Well, there is always a first time for everything.
