Investec is making headlines all around the country for all the right reasons.

Ever thought that a bank would introduce unlimited leave and a relaxed dress code for their staff? Think again, because Investec is making history.
According to Business Insider, Investec has introduced a new flexible leave system where staff can choose to get unlimited leave.

The company also introduced a more relaxed dress code for staff.
According to Business Day, those who do take unlimited leave will be paid "according to their output". Investec believes this should prevent abuse of the system.
This innovation is all about pushing staff for even better performance. The future of corporate is indeed exciting!
