WhatsApp launches most anticipated feature yet
Updated | By Etienne Bruwer
WhatsApp has launched not only one but two of its most anticipated features to date!

The Meta-owned instant messaging platform WhatsApp has announced that it's saying goodbye to the 'online' status.
This means that users' contacts will not be able to know whether they are 'online' or currently active on the app.

The privacy feature is currently only available for Android users.
WhatsApp also recently rolled out a new 'disappearing message' or 'view-once message' feature, allowing users to send messages that will disappear after it has been read.

Users will be happy to hear that a follow-up feature has also recently been implemented in line with the 'disappearing messages feature.
The instant messaging giant will roll out screenshot and screen recording blocking for 'view-once' images and videos.
