The SABC is asking for TV licences to access your programming.

One of the benefits of watching Netflix and other streaming services is that you do not need a TV licence or sometimes even a TV!
Deputy Communications Minister Pinky Kekana presented the case to parliament that “the standard definition of a TV license needed to be updated to better fit an environment where more and more people were migrating online for the media consumption.”
