Covid-19 recoveries in Gauteng passes 800 mark

Gauteng stood on 1331 confirmed Covid-19 cases on Monday with 868 recoveries and eight deaths.

Only the Western Cape has more confirmed cases of the deadly virus.
This comes as the number of positive Covid-19 cases rose to 4546 nationally.
Eighty-seven people have died.
"Out of a total of 8117 contacts traced, 3758 people have completed the 14 days monitoring period with no symptoms reported and they are de-isolated. Seventy-three people are currently hospitalised in public and private facilities," says Gauteng Health Department spokesperson Kwara Kekana.
