A new study has been conducted to find the best time for a fat burn workout - and it turns out there is a difference with the times in which you choose to workout.

According to the BBC, the study included participants who were active in their day-to-day lives, between the ages of 25 to 55, and willing to be monitored in the fitness programme. This programme ranges from resistance training to endurance and spring training.
The US study included both male and females and the result was that females stand to lose more fat when working out first thing in the morning. Evenings are best for when one’s goal is to build muscle.

For males, it turns out that they have the luxury of flexibility to workout evening or morning, as it does not really factor in their workout progress.
