Student couple avoid accommodation fees by living in van together

Madison Wood and her fiancé, Pepijn Grijpink, are a savvy student couple who saw it unnecessary to pay a ton of money for accommodation.

Turns out before they thought of an alternative they used to stay in a converted one bedroom garage where they paid around R17,300 a month for. Now their costs have been cut down to R7,800 including diesel, food, and water.
The young couple worked together on converting the van into a home to get them through their studies and their decision has saved them a lot of money.

The two shared that they are even using their van to travel the world and have travelled through Scotland, Belgium, Netherlands, Holland, France, and Spain in the last ten months.
