Grammy-winning singer Tori Kelly in ICU

The singer collapsed while out with friends on Sunday night.

Tori Kelly is currently in hospital after collapsing on Sunday while she was out with friends.
The singer reportedly experienced an elevated heart rate before passing out.
According to TMZ, the two-time Grammy Award winner is being treated in the ICU for blood clots in her lungs and legs.
She is at Cedars-Sinai hospital and it is reported that doctors are checking if there are other clots in her other vital organs.

The news comes just days before the 30-year-old is set to release a new EP.
The new project, 'Tori', is scheduled for release on Friday, 28 July.
Earlier in July, the singer said the EP is the "first taste of much more to come…"
It also features a song from 'Rush' hitmaker Ayra Starr.
Tori first gained recognition as a YouTube star after she posted videos of herself singing. She then gained more popularity as a contestant on the ninth season of 'American Idol' in 2010.
In 2015, she released her debut album, 'Unbreakable Smile'.
