Lisa releases "dream collab" with Doja Cat and RAYE
Collab of the year! Lisa's new single is the new girl power anthem of 2025.
Blackpink's Lisa has released an empowering new song featuring Doja Cat and RAYE.
The singer released 'Born Again' on Friday, February 7. It is the fourth single from Lisa's upcoming album, 'Alter Ego'.
'Born Again' follows 'Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)', 'New Woman', and 'Rockstar'.
Lisa gave Doja Cat and RAYE a shoutout on her Instagram shortly after the song's release.
"Special thanks to @dojacat and @raye for making this the dream collab," she wrote. "This video is a tribute to powerful women throughout history and to all of you. Hope you guys love it."
RAYE and Doja Cat co-wrote the song, which fans are calling the "collab of the year".
Some are already calling this their favourite release from the singer's album.
"Absolutely insane. This is by far the best song Lisa released so far. These three voices work so well together," one fan wrote on YouTube.
Another fan commented: "Never before have I been this hyped for an album."
A third said: "I absolutely LOVED Lisa's new song, 'Born Again'! The collaboration with Doja Cat and A Raye is simply DIVINE! The beat is infectious, the production is impeccable and the vocals are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!"
'Alter Ego' debuts on February 28. Lisa revealed in a previous interview that her five alter egos – Speedi, Kiki, Roxi, Vixi and Sunni – inspired the songs on the album.
"It's a fun concept... It's a very different colour of Lisa in this album," she told the UK's Capital FM in January.
Lisa added that Vixi is her favourite alter ego because she is a "bad a**". She also explained how she came up with her alter egos.
"I was trying so many different kinds of music and styles while I was recording. I was like, 'Oh, well, I have never done this stuff before, but it sounds great; why not just put all the different styles into the album and call it alter ego.'"
