Colombian music superstar Shakira teamed up with Haitian rapper Wyclef Jean for a special 20th anniversary performance of her hit single, 'Hips Don't Lie'.

Shakira was a musical guest on a recent episode of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'.

The 48-year-old turned up the heat in a risque red lace dress while shaking her hips on a sand-covered stage.

"I'm on tonight/ You know my hips don't lie/ And I'm starting to feel it's right/ All the attraction, the tension/ Don't you see, baby, this is perfection?" she sings while doing the song's viral dance moves.

The mid-2000s single was a worldwide success, peaking at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and claiming the top spot in Argentina, France, Belgium, Germany, Croatia, Italy, and the Netherlands.

'Hips Don't Lie', which the singers wrote and produced, was named one of the Greatest Pop Songs of All Time.

The song is a reworked version of Jean's 'Dance Like This' single, which he recorded with Claudette Ortiz for the soundtrack of 'Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights'.

'Hips Don't Lie' appeared on Shakira's reissue of her album, 'Oral Fixation, Vol. 2'.

During a December 2005 appearance on 'The Ellen Show', Shakira revealed how dance influences her music.

"I always say my hips don't lie. When I have all these debates with my musicians about how a song should feel or a certain groove and it's not going quite well. I say, 'Mmm, my hips don't lie, that's not working. They'll tell you the truth.'"
