Shotgun riders! Beyoncé and Miley Cyrus duet in Paris

Miley Cyrus says performing with Beyoncé in Paris was a dream come true.

Beyoncé's 'Cowboy Carter Tour' concert in Paris featured a very special guest.
Queen B surprised fans at her Stade de France show by bringing out Miley Cyrus to perform their song, 'II Most Wanted'.
The track features on Beyoncé's 'Cowboy Carter' album. The singers co-wrote the song with Ryan Tedder and Michael Pollack.
"I’m so excited because I wanted to do something very special for you guys. I could not do it without this young lady’s help, so I want you to scream as loud as you can," Beyoncé said before introducing her to the stage.
The stadium went wild as Cyrus emerged onstage.
“I love you. I’m so grateful to watch you and to sing with you, Miss Miley Cyrus."
Beyoncé and Cyrus wore matching gold outfits for their performance.
"This isn’t just a performance. This is HISTORY. Miley and Beyoncé singing together???? Universe shifted," an Instagram user said.
Another user commented: "Do y’all really understand how legendary is this!? What a night for the whole world!"
A third said: "MILEYONCÉ FOREVER 🥹."
Cyrus took to Instagram after the show to gush about Beyoncé in a sweet post.
"@beyonce to be beside such a humble, gracious, legendary DIVA was a dream come true. Thank you for the opportunity to perform in Paris together & sing our song about friendship," she wrote.
"To have learned from you & loved you my whole life, & then be standing together in matching gold looks is more than I could’ve imagined. As the finale to this trip supporting 'Something Beautiful', to close on something as beautiful as a stadium full of people singing 'II Most Wanted' with us was the ultimate firework.
"Thank you, B. I’ll be your shotgun rider for life. Big gratitude to the 'Cowboy Carter' tour crew, you all were incredible for making this happen. Forever and always."
Cyrus revealed in a W magazine interview that she wrote the 'II Most Wanted' for herself.
"I wrote that song, like, two and a half years ago. My mom would always go, 'I love that song so much.' So when Beyoncé reached out to me about music, I thought of it right away because it really encompasses our relationship," she said.
While this is their first collaboration together, Cyrus actually got to perform with Beyoncé and several other music superstars at the Stand Up to Cancer benefit concert when she was 14.
"I was sandwiched between Beyoncé and Rihanna, who were, you know, five feet ten inches and in heels. Their hips were, like, up to my shoulders. They were these powerful, fully realized, grown women, and I’m pretty sure I had braces on the back of my teeth. They were protective of me.," she told W.
"That Christmas, Beyoncé sent me a House of Deréon jacket that said Miley on the back in gold studs, which is my favourite, and some jeans with my name on it."
They have since become friends, and 'II Most Wanted' is their perfect duet.
"I'll be your shotgun rider/ 'Til the day I die," they sing in the chorus.
