Another postponement in terror accused's bail application
Updated | By Maryke Vermaak
The bail application by the Thulsie twins has been postponed until tomorrow in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court.
The two are facing terror-related charges.
The state alleges that Brandon-Lee and Tony-Lee Thulsie had links to terror organisation ISIS, and that they had plans to attack American and Jewish institutions in South Africa.
The defence indicated earlier today they were not quite prepared as they have not seen the amended charge sheet.
The defence also explained they required more information from the state on the charges, but the magistrate explained the state had no obligation to supply any more information than it already has.
