Tornado touches down in Magaliesburg

As South Africans battle the cold and wet weather, residents of Magaliesburg had to deal with more than a winter storm. 

Mario Ferreira posted a video on YouTube of a tornado in the Gauteng town on Monday afternoon.


Amin Hassam shared a video on Facebook that he took from his porch.



Tshwane on Monday warned of severe thunderstorms in Gauteng until Thursday.
