Baby number 3 for Kim and Kanye?
Social media is abuzz with reports that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their third child .
Celebrity website TMZ is reporting that the baby will be born through a surrogate.
TMZ has also confirmed that the surrogate will be paid $45 000.
Kim Kardashian was diagnosed with a condition called placenta accrete, which has made it difficult for her to carry any more children.
Her condition took a turn for the worse while she was pregnant with her second child Saint.
