The singer, 38, and Michael have been together since 2020.
The couple was photographed kissing at a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas.
Just weeks later, the pair confirmed their romance when they were spotted holding hands at the 2020 Super Bowl in Miami.
Gaga also shared a photo on Instagram of the two of them cuddled up on a yacht. She captioned it: "We had so much fun in Miami."
The couple was also spotted at the inauguration of President Joe Biden in 2021.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Gaga referred to Michael as the love of her life.
UPROXX reports that Michael is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the director of the Parker Foundation and is an active board member of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.
