Idols SA Top 16: The guys show off
The Idols SA Top 16 guys took to the stage at the Pretoria State Theatre last night, performing for your votes.
After a spectacular performance by the girls the previous week, the guys showed off their singing talent.
House music diva Mpumi came on to entertain the audience while the guys were getting ready for their first ever solo performances in front of a live voting audience. Needless to say, the energy was cranked up high in the packed State Theatre in Pretoria.
Charming baritone Thamsanqa kicked off the "Hits from the Last Decade" theme with a local is lekker favourite, Akulalwa by DJ Shimza feat. Dr Malinga.
He brought the energy with a vibey performance that received mostly positive reviews from the judges.
But it was Thumi who won over South Africa with his charm and talent.
Next week six contestants will be cut from the Top 10 to reveal season 12's Top 10 finalists.
