South African songstress, Louise Carver's single, Rise, has moved up the Billboard charts to the number third spot on the dance/club chart.

According to Channel 24 the song beat out stiff competition from Justin Timberlake, Calvin Harris, Nick Jonas and Ariana Grande.
"Joe and I worked on the track Sunrise in Boston and spent many long hours in studio getting it right. Just knowing that people are enjoying it makes us so happy. I love working with Joe because we both are all about the music and the journey it takes us on," Carver said in a press release.
Carver was awarded the Most Glamourous Women in South Africa in 2015 and recently started working on new show in which she worked with three very different artists; Craig Hinds, Loyiso Bala and Kate Emmerson.
