Miss SA raising awareness in Zambia

World TB day is on the 24th of March, and Miss SA, Tamaryn Green is spreading awareness in Zambia.

South Africa's very own Miss SA and Miss Universe runner-up, Tamaryn Green, is in Zambia raising awareness about tuberculosis.
Tamaryn, who suffered from TB as a young girl, encouraged patients to continue with their treatment and seek counselling.
The 24-year-old medical student also paid a visit to local schools, hospitals and communities - aiming to break the stigma around tuberculosis.
She is also an ambassador the World Health Organisation and supports The Stop TB campaign.
