Afrikaans singer, Arno Jordaan is recovering well after being involved in a car accident yesterday.
Arno Jordaan was discharged from the Unitas hospital late yesterday after being involved in a serious car accident.
Jordaan was en route to a charity golf event when his Land Rover Discovery crashed into a stationary truck near the Lanseria off-ramp on the N14.
"I was trying to overtake a car and the next thing I saw was a truck that was standing still...or moving at a very slow speed...appeared right in front of me," Jordaan told Jacatainment.
LISTEN TO THE INTERVIEW HERE:
"I can remember crashing into the back of the car...and from there I blacked out," he added.
Jordaan's vehicle travelled off the road, through a ditch and eventually ended up in a veld forty meters away from the highway.
"The next thing I remember was being trapped in the car and having to kick open the door," he said.
"It's a miracle that I came out of that car alive," Jordaan said.
The singer sustained minor cuts a bruises, suffered a broken thumb and slashed open his lip.
"It's a God given miracle that my son survived," Jordaan's father, Paul told Jacatainment.
"Thank you for all your prayers and thoughts," Paul Jordaan added.
From our side at Jacatainment: Get Well Soon Arno.
We can't wait for you to get back behind the mic and entertain South Africans.
