WATCH: Iron Maiden's plane collides with lorry

Two people have been taken to hospital after Iron Maiden's private jet collided with a lorry on the tarmac at an airport in Santiago, Chile.

The group's plane - named Ed Force One - was attached to a tow truck ready to go for refuelling at an airport in Santiago, Chile as the band continued on their The Books of Souls Tour when the incident occurred.
A statement on the band's official Facebook page reads: "Ed Force One was this morning tethered to a tow truck to be taken for refuelling prior to flying over the Andes to Cordoba for the next show. On moving the steering pin that is part of the mechanism that connects the ground tug to the aircraft seemingly fell out.
The two tug workers were taken to hospital and an update on their condition has not yet been released.
