Zendaya Coleman mourning dog
Zendaya Coleman has been left devastated by the death of her dog Midnight, who she had had since childhood.
The 'Replay' singer's childhood pet pooch Midnight passed away yesterday (26.10.15) and the 19-year-old star is thankful to have experienced the hound's "unconditional" love and support.
She wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of her canine pal: "My baby went to heaven today. Thank you for being one of the most loyal men in my life, for loving me unconditionally and for cuddling me when ever I needed.
"I don't know if you ever understood me when I told you but I love you more than you'll ever know. We've been together since I was 8 and I'm not really sure how to get use to a house without your cute paws clinking around....but thank you for every second of love you gave us.
"Give Poppi a kiss for me up there."
Zendaya's mother Claire Stoermer revealed on Sunday (25.10.15) the dog had been ill but was hoping he would recover.
She tweeted: "prayers up for my big baby midnight...he's in the hospital but I'm hoping he will come home to us! (sic)"
She then sadly revealed yesterday: "said goodbye 2 my baby Midnight...11 years of unconditional love...my [heart] is broken but I know he's at peace (sic)"
