This brings to 18 the number of suspected poachers arrested in the park over the past two weeks.
SANParks spokeperson Isaac Phaala says the two field rangers were found in possession of high-calibre hunting rifles, silencers and other poaching equipment.
They are expected to appear in court soon.
Earlier this month four other suspected poachers, including a SANParks official, were arrested after they were found in possession of rhino horn and a firearm. .
A further 12 suspected poachers were also arrested and found in possession of four firearms, ammunition and poaching equipment.
"Investigations are still ongoing in the case. The arrest of the 18 suspects follows carefully on a number of successful operations carried out by rangers and supported by the police in the park during the past 11 days," says Phaala.
