Eight people were killed in a crash involving two vehicles on the N11 in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday night.

Provincial police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala says the crash occurred in Ladysmith, in the north of KZN.
It is believed that two children, aged 3 and 6, were among those killed.
"Four people were burnt after the vehicle caught fire and the other four in another vehicle were declared dead on the scene," says Gwala.
"The victims have not yet been identified."
Provincial authorities are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
"The circumstances surrounding the incident are still being investigated," Gwala says.
