ANC calls on Zuma to implement state capture ruling
Updated | By Jacaranda News
The African National Congress (ANC) says it hopes President Jacob Zuma will implement today’s state capture ruling in the High Court in Pretoria.

The court's dismissed President Zuma's application to review and set aside former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela’s State of Capture report.
President Zuma wanted the High Court to review and set aside the report, but Judge Dunstan Mlambo ruled the president’s review application as ill-advised and reckless.
ANC spokesperson Zizi Kodwa says the ruling will hopefully bring the country a step closer to resolving the allegations of state capture levelled against the president and some state officials.
Kodwa says the ANC cannot afford to take the allegations lightly, as this will undermine the public's trust in government.
