ANCYL wants DA to expel MP Renaldo Gouws over racist remarks
Updated | By Anastasi Mokgobu
The ANC Youth League has urged the Democratic Alliance to expel its newly elected MP Renaldo Gouws after a video surfaced in which he uses racist language.

Gouws is one of the new DA MPs who were sworn in during the first sitting of the National Assembly last week.
However, following his swearing in, videos emerged where he was seen making racist remarks.
A petition has also been signed calling for his removal from Parliament.
The party has since suspended him.
However, Malatji believes the suspension is not enough.
He briefed the media at Luthuli House on Thursday morning on the youth league’s position on the government of national unity.
"If they really want to work with us in this government of national unity then they must suspend him because the ANC does not associate with anyone who is racist and who is anti our non-racial agenda.
"We have been clear on that, and I see the DA has acted on him and I wish that they further expel him," said Malatji.
