Police in Gauteng have arrested a 25-year-old Brazilian national on charges of drug trafficking at OR Tambo International Airport.

The man was found in possession of cocaine worth an estimated amount of R1.8 million on Sunday.
He is the 15th drug mule to be arrested at the airport since July.
"He was found in possession of over three kilograms of drugs wrapped around his body, which was later confirmed to be cocaine,” said police spokesperson Amanda van Wyk.
"The suspect had just landed from São Paulo, Brazil, when he was arrested."
In July, police arrested a Brazilian national drug mule at the airport after acting on a tip-off and found a parcel of cocaine worth R1 million in the aircraft.
