Applicants denied R350 Covid grant can appeal: SASSA
Updated | By Nothando Mkhize
If your application for a special Covid-19 social relief of distress grant was denied - you have until the end of the month to lodge an appeal to the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA).

The R350 grant came to an end on Friday.
The SA Social Security Agency says it's no longer taking new applications.
Spokesperson for SASSA in KZN, Sandy Godlwana said: "All applications which have been approved and who have not yet received the money will still be paid."
"Clients who have had their applications declined for the period from February to April 2021 may appeal by going the SASSA website if the appeal is not lodged.
"The declined application will not be reconsidered. The appeal period closes on the 31st of May 2021. Note that no appeals will be accepted after this date."
